Would you like to learn how to quickly boost your self-esteem, self-love, and confidence?

Today I do challenge you to do a simple exercise that can be very life-changing, with the objective to give yourself more positivity, confidence, courage, love, and a big smile on your face before starting your life and working day.
So I do invite you to grab a pen and a post-it or piece of paper and write down “I love you” and a smiley ? as a title at the top and then the month numbers just below. It’s important that you stick it in a mirror or somewhere beside it.
The challenge is that every morning when you wake up and before doing anything else, you go in front of the mirror and looking straight into your eyes say with a firm voice “I love you” three times (not too loud otherwise you could deceive some neighbor thinking that you’re in love with them or piss off someone who is still sleeping that could change your mood later ?). Once done, write down an X on the current day of the month.
Try it for a month and I promise you’ll not regret it!
I assure you that it isn’t going to be easy for everyone, depending on the level of self-love you’ve got. The first time that I did it, I couldn’t say it straight away, but once I made it, I started to get emotional and cry for joy like a baby and I did feel love and happiness, pretty impressive from my point of view! We are so used to saying it to others but not to ourselves.
To make it even more interesting, you can put attention to how you’re feeling before, during, and after it, and write it down. If you would like to put the cherry on top of the cake, at the end of the day you can write down how what you noticed during the day went differently from usual.
The incredible fact is that we do believe in everything we say to ourselves, so why not do it in the most positive way possible?!
If you don’t love yourself yet, you’ll start to feel it by practicing this with time.
Studies say that we need at least 21 days to implement a new habit in our routines as long as we are creatures of habit, and I promise you that you’ll feel the change after this experiment!
