Erguer Cabo Verde Project
HC had the pleasure to establish a collaboration with this impactful project, in order to support vulnerable and precarious publics.
The SOLIDARY COACHING Program to Build Cape Verde is an initiative to inspire Cape Verde’s leaders and entrepreneurs to awaken the guiding force of a positive spirit and focus on solutions, in order to remain motivated to activate and expand all human capital in the recovery of the post-COVID-19 country. This it’s been resulting from the partnership between the School of Business and Governance of the University of Cape Verde and Rosa Moniz, a Cape Verdean specialist in Leadership, High Performance Coaching and a member of ICF Portugal.
This program aimed to provide free coaching service to Cape Verde’s leaders and entrepreneurs, to serve the arduous mission of raising the country again after COVID-19.
